Agility Mfg, Inc. is celebrating our 21st year in business in 2008.  Our company has grown as a result of a few guiding principals.  We believe that all projects deserve to be completed on time, on budget, and to our customer’s satisfaction.  We believe in the “customer is always right” philosophy. We believe that more communication is always better than less communication.  To that end, our customers are encouraged to speak with any employee at Agility that is directly involved in the manufacturing of their project.  On any given day you will find engineers, purchasing managers, quality control personnel, etc. working side by side with members of our team.  No matter the size or scope of a project, it is our customer’s needs that always remain at the forefront. 

A company is only as good as its people, and nowhere is that more evident than at Agility Mfg.  From our management team to our team of highly skilled solderers, specialized machine operators, manual assembly specialists, engineers, and quality control personnel, every individual is dedicated to superior customer service.  We foster teamwork and open communication with both internal and external customers.  “It’s not my job” has no place at Agility.  Corporate culture is also very important to us, which is why we actively promote the “Life is Good” (www.lifeisgood.com) philosophy in our workplace.  We believe that a pleasant, enjoyable work environment allows for more creativity and better problem solving.  We look forward to introducing you to the Agility family.
