Dorene Pinciaro is hired as purchasing manager. Dorene bring with her over 20 years of purchasing and purchasing management experience in both the contract manufacturing and OEM environment. Dorene has been instrumental in developing ISO certified purchasing and planning programs in her previous positions. Her responsibilities include oversight of the purchasing/planning department, establishment of supplier programs, and ISO certification.
Agility Mfg, Inc. hires Michael Boily as soldering manager and trainer. With over 20 years of electronics experience including Mil-Spec certification, Michael's primary responsibility is to evaluate, train, and manage our soldering and rework specialists.
Agility Mfg, Inc. hires William McAnirlin as Director of Quality. Bill formerly served as Senior Quality Engineer for Sanmina SCI. He brings over 30 years of PCBA quality assurance and management to Agility.

Agility Mfg, Inc. hires Peter Cantrell as Production Manager. Peter brings with him a decade of production control and management. With additional experience in the cable and wire harnessing industry, Peter will play a critical role in the success of Agility’s growing wire, cable and harness business. His primary responsibility is the day to day movement and oversight of all products in the manufacturing facility.
Agility Mfg, Inc. is celebrating 20 years in business. Established in 1987 under the name Techfabrik, Inc. the company’s primary focus was printed circuit board assembly. Housed in 700 square feet of manufacturing space with nothing more than a wave machine, soldering irons and 4 employees, the company began its journey. Twenty years later we occupy over 15,000 square feet of manufacturing space with state of the art equipment and close to 50 employees. Our customer base crosses many industries, and the business has diversified into electro-mechanical assembly, wire harnessing, and manufacturing support as well.
Agility Mfg, Inc. hires Elias Reese as General Manager/ Director of Engineering. Elias comes from an extensive background in printed circuit board design and fabrication. He "knows stuff" is the term we like to use to describe his abilities ranging from pcb design to process engineering and everything in between. Helping our factory run smoothly and efficiently is his number one responsibility.
